To schedule a mediation session, all involved parties should contact me to discuss a place and time for the mediation. Fees will also be discussed and the parties will be asked to enter into a mediation agreement. The initial session will be for two hours, unless otherwise agreed. Other sessions will be arranged after the first session as the parties agree.
Alternatively, please send me an email at mary@attorneyhoeller.com with contact information for all parties and the best times to reach all parties. I will then contact you to discuss a place and time for mediation. |
